Program Overview

The Affiliate Coach Program is tailored for professionals who are already experienced in leadership and coaching. It is not intended to teach the fundamentals of coaching or business, but rather to support coaches who are ready to apply the Adaptive Leadership School’s frameworks in their work. The application process evaluates an applicant's prior experience in coaching and leadership to ensure alignment with the program’s goals.

To better understand an applicant’s background, the Affiliate Coach Application Form must be completed, allowing us to assess their coaching experience and relevant professional expertise.

Affiliate Coaches commit to delivering coaching, training, and advisory services that follow the Adaptive Leadership School’s methodologies. These proven approaches are drawn from real-world leadership models and success stories, rather than relying solely on personal experience or preferences. The program's methods are based on leadership frameworks honed by top institutions and leaders in the field.

As part of the qualification process, applicants will be asked to complete the Leadership Canvas Workbook, which allows them to demonstrate their understanding of the core ideas, tools, and systematic practices of Adaptive Leadership. This process ensures that candidates can successfully apply these concepts within their coaching engagements.

Approved Affiliate Coaches will have access to a full range of program materials, including curricula, facilitation guides, video modules, participant handouts, presentation slides, and coaching tools. These resources are designed to equip coaches to effectively guide leaders through challenges, build adaptability, and support their growth and impact at various stages of leadership.

  • Leadership for Scaling Impact (under development)

• Tools Packages: Each course is equipped with practical tools, worksheets, and canvas templates that guide the application of principles and concepts in real-world leadership challenges.

• Certificates of Completion:

  • Participants who complete Affiliate Coach-led courses are eligible for certificates of completion for each course.

  • A Certificate in Leadership is awarded for those who complete the core courses associated with the Leadership Canvas Workbook.

• Affiliate Coach Growth Opportunities:

  • Participate in ongoing development sessions to enhance your coaching skills and expand your knowledge of leadership methodologies.

  • Branding Opportunities: Affiliate Coaches can co-brand materials with their own company name and logo alongside the Adaptive Leadership School’s branding.

• Revenue Sharing Opportunities:

  • Earn 20% revenue from any additional course purchases made by students referred through the Affiliate Coach Marketing Program.

  • Special discount packages are also available for bulk course purchases by Affiliate Coaches.

• Online Promotion:

  • Qualified Affiliate Coaches may have the option to be featured on the Adaptive Leadership School’s website under the Affiliate Coaches section, offering increased visibility.
